The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. Add Terms Page at end of Access Report

I need a report in which I have a Terms Page within the Report Footer.  The report has a page header and page footer section.  The report footer is large enough and fits onto it's own page.  Depending on the amount of data within the details section this report could be 1-2 pages and so the report footer (Terms section) should always be the last page and the page header and page footer should never show up on the page that shows the report footer (Terms Page).

The solution works perfectly when previewing the report but when I print the report the page header and page footer disappear on the first page of the report.  If you want to view the solution - see the attached database and open the report labeled: "_runMe_and_see_r2_at_end".

If you look at the code for the onFormat of Report Footer - it sets a variable and sets the page header to not visible.  After doing some testing with message boxes I realized that OnFormat for the Report Footer runs on the first page and the second page and since the report was already previewed before printing the variable is already set to 2 - therefore causing the page header and page footer to disappear on all pages.  Any solutions to this would be much appreciated or a completely new solution would be fine also.Start Free Trial
