Getting errors trying to use Active Sync with Nokia E71

Getting "Error in Exchange Server.  Try Again Later" when trying to use Active Sync with Nokia E71.  I've upgraded to the latest version of Mail for Exchange v. 9 but still having these issues.  I've configured the Exchange Server for the Active Sync right I guess but not really sure since I'm new to the task.  Thanks again.
