Installation problem  GNUPG on Solaris 10

I am trying to install GNUPG 1.4.9 on soilaris 10 machine

sparc-sun-solaris2.10
gcc v 3.4.3

I am trying to make the GNUPG software on the solaris machine with above mentioned configurations.
But following is the error being displayed
