I think the solution can be find with readprocessmemory and writeprocessmemory functions but I cannot find the base address of my process.
My idea is to dump memory of application when she crashes to debug it when customers have problems.

I strongly believe you should abandon this idea. Instead, there is a good exception handler that can get the call stack when a pb occured. Saving these in a log file, thus having a precise idea of where your program crashed (at the function level). When you will have enought informations of which function(s) are having problems, then you can add in your logs some specific data to help you understand the problem
