i just want to run stored procedures to setup a mysql database from visual basic, how would i do that?

Not sure exactly what you're referring to, if you can run it from a commandline than you can run it within InnoSetup is my experience, can you specify exactly what you're trying to accomplish and whether or not this can be run from a commandline manually?
