Making installer with database for my VB.NET Project

Hi Everybody,
i'm making an installer for my application using the setup project from the Visual Studio.
but i have one problem i must need install the SQL Express in the same setup project.

otherwise i saw in other program , they install .MDB files which will be the difference?
i know mdb file are access files but i will need access installed on the machine to use MDB?
