Deploying Email Extender 4.8 via SMS

I am trying to deploy a new emailextender client (version 4.8) to 100 desktops. The upgrade file is in .exe form and requires user interaction. How can I accomplish this via SMS? I know typically .msi files work much better when deployed through SMS, but .exe are a bit more tricky. Any help will be appreciated!
