VSTO Excel addin deployment : VS2008 to Office 2003

I have tried the walkthrough here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb332051.aspx) but it seemed to disintegrate in to waffle and myriad links and it ultimately didn't work.

I found this (http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/Visual_Studio_.NET_2005/Q_23553023.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+deploy+vsto)

But I am not sure if following the instructions for VS2005 is what I need.

What I do need is straightforward, step by step instructions to deploy a VSTO excel addin from VS2008 with a target of Office 2003.

It shouldn't really be difficult but it seems so.

Can anyone help, please?
