utidll.dll is not a valid windows system file
your system can be infected with malware or viruses
please scan your system with an updated version of your antivirus program
if you dont have an antivurs installed, get Avast Free Home Edition and scan the system with it
http://www.avast.com/eng
then download and install Superantispyware Free Home Version
http://www.superant
update it, and then scan the system under safemode
check the results, if you still have problems, download Hijackthis
http://www.downl
run it, scan and save a log file
please attach the log file with your next comment
I do not believe your problem is associated with any spyware/malware. A simple Google search of UTIDLL.dll will not return any hits, but instead ask you if you meant UTILDLL.dll, which is a legit system file.
UTILDLL.dll = WinStation utility support DLL. It's a legit Microsoft file
While the scans won't hurt to do, I do not think they will fix your problem

I would recommend doing a system repair with your windows CD (if you have it)
