Also, another dialog box appears which states "WLTRAY.exe - Ordinal Not Found, The ordinal 344 could not be located in the dynamic link library COMCTL32.dll". I click on "OK" and the dialog box keeps reappearing.

It was wireless driver causing the problem. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalling the driver and that did the trick.
