How to fix faulting application store.exe issue

We are running Exchange 2003  with SP2 on windows server 2003. The Exchange Information Store crashes on a almost daily basis.  The message in the event log is  Event Id 1000 with the error:  
Faulting application store.exe, version 6.5.7654.12, stamp 492cd78a, faulting module store.exe, version 6.5.7654.12, stamp 492cd78a, debug? 0, fault address 0x000a4a38.
And another event log is: The memory settings for this server are not optimal for Exchange.
Please hlep!

I already set the HeapDecommitFreeBlockThreshold to 0x00040000 but still have the same issue.

Did you add the /3GB /Userva=3030 swith to your boot.ini file? This usually fixes that problem. Let me know if this helps.

can you download the exchange best practice analyzer from Microsoft and look for exact problem???
