Browse All TopicsWe are running Exchange 2003 with SP2 on windows server 2003. The Exchange Information Store crashes on a almost daily basis. The message in the event log is Event Id 1000 with the error:
Faulting application store.exe, version 6.5.7654.12, stamp 492cd78a, faulting module store.exe, version 6.5.7654.12, stamp 492cd78a, debug? 0, fault address 0x000a4a38.
And another event log is: The memory settings for this server are not optimal for Exchange.

Did you add the /3GB /Userva=3030 swith to your boot.ini file? This usually fixes that problem. Let me know if this helps.
