cvs error2

Hi

I get a error while running a cvs checkout using ant build script.
      [cvs] Caught exception: Cannot run program "cvs": CreateProcess error=2, T
he system cannot find the file specified

I have tortoiceCVS as the cvs client and the cvs.exe is in the path.

Could you please let me know why i am getting this error.
