How to remove the Bin Directory from visual source safe

I am starting to work on an existing project in my company now The they had added the project on my machine visual studio 2005 and that project is also on he visual source safe 2005. The problem is that the Bin directory and App_GlobalResources and App_Code are also added in to the source with the project files and when when i try to explore the project its give me error that the dll in bin directory are readonly and cant be checkout
