New files added to a shared project are not automatically shared

We have a problem whereby new files added to a shared project aren't automatically shared.

This is a massive pain as builds for other solutions using the project often fail due to missing files. This means that the file either has to be manually shared or the project has to be removed and re-shared.

This has only recently started happening. It used to work fine in the past... :-(

Anybody know what could be causing the problem?
