Need a Windows version control system with the fewest features

Hi everyone,
I develop software professionally but I have a simple problem.  I update my resume frequently and want to make sure I have a record of things I entered in the past.  Putting my resume (assume plain text) into some sort of version control seems logical.

I've looked at a lot of different version control systems, but they all seem way more complicated than I need.  I need one that's simple and runs under Windows.

Specifically, the version control system should *not* require exposing an HTTP interface, it should interact with the local filesystem only.  It just needs to be a version control system geared for one guy and one guy only.  Graphical UI is a plus.

What software would satisfy what I'm looking for?

Thanks!
