Not able to connect to SVN server at office, but able to connect to it at home

Dear experts,

I am not able to connecting to SVN server at office, but able to connect to it at home.

Fyi, below are the facts:
* I am able to go to the SVN URL using internet browser at both place
* At office, I must set a "Automatic proxy configuration" at the browser in order to made the browser connected to the internet
* I have tried to set "Proxy setting" server address at SVN client the same value with "Aumatic proxy configuration"
* I am using TortoiseSVN
* Below are the error after I set the proxy at SVN Client
