Managed Downloading component based on Background Intelligent Transfer Service

I am looking for a royalty free .Net ( C#, VB.net) component to do managed downloading using "BITS : Background Intelligent Transfer Service".  ( What is BITS? see http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa362827.aspx )

[ Please note : I am not looking for a download manager but for a ready to use component to do managed downloading in our application. ]

Requirements  for the component :
1) Must NOT be ActiveX
2) must be a .Net sdk/libray/component ( preference is for a component which can be directly used from within Visual Studio Designer )
3) must be based on BITS.
4) Must work in Windows XP SP2 and  Windows Vista.
5) Must be royalty free for distribution with the commercial applications.
6) company/developer selling it must provide at least one method of tech support ( paid, at forum, by email , etc )

The Question will not be closed in a hurry, at least not for 10 days. So please take a few days do your research. and PLEASE try to provide a good list of third party components.

When you mention the list of available third party components, please highlight the one that you prefer the most, and provide the reason why you like it ( 2 or 3 lines is fine ).
