Oracle Forms Webutil Excel Problem

Hi,
We use Oracle Forms and Oracle 10g database. I included webutil to my form (object class, pll) and added an excel button into my form (in order to get excel file of listed data).

When some users enter the screen in runtime application, they hangs. But that happens for some clients. When I remove webutil from the form, noboy hangs. It must be related with client PCs but I couldnt find the soluton. I need urgent help please.
