Mercury, Quick Test Pro, 9.0, I need some guidance in QTP automated scripts

I need some quick help in coming up with Automated scripts in Quick Test Pro.  I am looking for some guidance and Question and Answers session.  If some body can help me on hourly basis also is fine with me.  Actually I will prefer this.

All depends what you are trying to do. Of course, you want to start by creating a framework of functions and scripts to reuse over and over. Try searching the web for libraries that people have already begun developing. I know QTP's predecessor, WinRunner, has some libraries that you can download to get a lot more functions into the application. I have personally developed about 90 functions for WinRunner to reuse and it is definitely the way to go.

Any more details about what you are looking for would help me give you more information...
