Need a pinging test tool - with ability to set Source IP address field

I am looking for a program for WINDOWS that will be able to do either one of the following:

1. Ping another host. Define SOURCE IP address for each ping request. (Computer has multiple IP addresses for the same NIC - aliases).
And I need RTT to be presented for each Source IP.

Example:

1 NIC has 2 IP's - 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 (but I need it to be at least 5 or 6)
Application will allow pinging another host in the same subnet by using different source IP for each request.
For each of the requests I will see RTT extracted from the ICMP packet payload and each "instance" will run in a separate window/tab.

OR

2. The same as in above, but for Web Browser (I don't mind using a proxy). Besides the information is different. - I don't need any information actually.

Thank you!
