Are there any books or software that I could purchase that consist of path routes and just troubleshooting PCs? I was recently in an interview with a medium sized company and the interview was an hour or more of questions and answers. Being fairly new (2yrs) in the field it was rather intimidating. But they asked alot of questions wanting to know the path to get to a particular file or folder. And alot of troubleshooting, I've been at my job at a large bank for a year now and feel I am a productive part of the team. But when I stepped into a different company I felt as if I was back at the beginning. I read almost every night alot of review in my school books and a few other books. I guess I'm looking for the ultimate "Book" or at least books that have helped all of you. Please help me seek knowledge. ; )
