Group policy for default search in IE

Experts,  Is there a way to set the default search when using Internet Explorer?  In our school district we have made the decision to block Live Search due to the inability to block unwanted images.  Since IE uses Live Search as the default search engine, users get an 'Access Denied' message from our content filter each time they type something other than a web site in the browser address bar.  Is there a way to set the default search through Group Policy?
