I actually had to login as the Domain Administrator and then everything worked. Thank you for your comment.

Browse All TopicsI installed service pack 3 on our Great Plains Dynamics ver. 9 server. One of my client machines ran the service pack just fine but the other runs the installation fine but when it goes into the Great Plains utilities it goes through quite a few files but then I get an error that says - dexterity runtime has encountered a problem and needs to close. The computer is a Windows 2000 box. Thanks -

Try replacing the reports.dic on the clients workstation. I think that will resolve the issue.
