We have a user that uses the Mac computer to connect to a terminal server through a Citrix connection to Dynamics Great Plains. Some times (with no specific pattern) when the user switches companies inside Great Plains, it locks up the terminal server and we have to reboot the server. It only happens with the Mac computers and this has never happend with the windows users. For years it worked fine for the Mac users up until about 6 months ago. To get the going again, I reboot the server, delete the users roaming profile from the server, remove the hung session from the dynamics tables, and dex session lock. I also delete the AutoCmpl.dat and AutoCmpl.idx files from the Application\Microsoft Business Solutions\Microsoft Dynamics GP directory. This will fix them for a while, any where from 1 day to 2 or 3 weeks at at time, but there is no pattern as to when locks up the terminal server when they switch companies. It only happens when they switch companies.
