Thanks for the answers, I will try them in a bit. Great Plains says that BCP.exe must be installed in the user's computer. We tried copying BCP.exe directly to the great plains folder but then we get a "component DLL" missing or something along those lines. I will let you know in a couple of minutes. Thanks.

I believe it is a bulk copy utility. I am not sure what at what part is isinstalled as it has been yeards for me and Great Plains (thankfully). It should be in the bin directory under your SQL version install. If it is make sure that bcp.exe is part of your path. to see if it is part iof your path shell out to dos and Type Path
