How to retrieve a Quarantined file from Trend Micro's quarantined area?

Does anybody know how to remove quarantined files from Trend Micro's quarantined area?
Actually, I can see  the files in a folder but I don't know how to retrieve them into thier initial appropriate formats.

Much appreciate your help!

Try this steps, it's a TrendMicro Internet Security not sure if buttons are the same.

Click Virus & Spyware Controls on the left panel.
Click Quarantine on the right panel.
Click Examine Quarantined Files.
On the Virus Quarantine tab, check the date under DATE QUARANTINED section and restore the files you want. there's a "Restore" button.

Thanks for the help but this seems not to work.
Actually I can't find the TrendMicro Internet Security tab..Is there any other way around this??..
