GP Extender Enterprise - Automatically Pop-Up Notes Window

Hi there!  I currently use GP10, SP2 and Exender Enterprise.  I love the Extender notes window because there's so much more you can do with it compared to the standard notes window in GP.  My question is, is it possible to make the extender notes window pop-up automatically if a note exists?

When my order entry or customer service department is entering a sales transaction and specifies the customer number, if an extender note exists for that customer I'd like to have the notes window pop-up automatically.  I would want do do the same thing for the sales transaction number as well.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!!!

Hi,

I see that you haven't received a response yet.  I didn't respond initially because I have not used Extender Enterprise before, only the basic Extender that is now included in GP 10 (and have only had limited experience using that version).

If you believe that the functionality of Extender Enterprise is very similar to the base Extender, I can do some testing there to see if it is possible to modify the Extender window to automate the opening of the note window.

Alternately, I don't know what eOne's support options are, but you could try inquiring directly with them to see if they will let you know if it is possible.
