MAS90 VISUAL INTERGRATOR

had mas90 installed on windows 2k server and visual intergrator worked fine took about less than a minute on my work station to export out about 2000 entries.  However, we recently bought a new server windows 2003 and we have done all the right procedures to port over however now my visual intergrator takes about 10 minutes to load up.  We have looked thru everything turning off anti virus, reinstall the work stations, reinstall mas90 on the server, remapped to the right place.  Everything is right but just the visual intergrator seems to be very slow!! we tried on the old server again with my work station and it was really quick! we even compared everything but cant figure out whats wrong! NEED HELP!!!
