Can not see an Organization

....Just upgraded to CRM 4 from CRM 3

When I Upgraded the Outlook Client, I actually wanted to do it from
scratch, so I uninstalled/reinstalled. Everything went pretty smoothly, but
when I try to do the 'Outlook Crm configuration Wizard' I get to a 'Select
Organization' screen - the idea is for me to select an organization
associated with my Dynamics CRM account from a list, then click the 'Next'
button and move along.

No organizations appear for me to choose!
