Meetings Disappearing in MS CRM 3.0

Asked by pm2001 in Microsoft Dynamics, Outlook Groupware Software

We have CRM 3.0 integrated with Outlook 2007. We have recently installed Update Rollup 2 but this problem has been ongoing for a while. I have a couple of salespeople that use it to book meetings with customers / prospects. It turns out that if a time gets changed, the meeting tends to disappear. Also we get different reminders that come up when they log into our Terminal Servver as opposed to their regular laptop. Here is the jist of it:

"      Initial meeting invite was sent to contact
"      Meeting was associated to a CRM opportunity (prior to sending)
"      Meeting date and time was changed and resent to contact
"      Meeting had to be rescheduled this is when I noticed that it was not there.
"      Sent invitation is in sent box just not in calendar.
