Workflow question

I have created a workflow that checks for new cases if they were entered by phone or email and then sends the case to a queue, then it sends and email to the techs. The problem i am having is that this workflow does not work unitl 12:01 pm. Is there an option in crm that i can change times? I have the correct time zone and i have the business starting at 4am and closeing at 9 pm.

What do you mean the workflow doesn't work until 12.01 pm??

Well I don't get any crm generated email until after 12. Now of course after I posted this question I was able to get an email from crm before 12. Also noticed today that I stopped getting emails for a while even thought I was creating new cases that would activate my workflow. Of course this could all be on my exchange side but we do not have any rules set up for mail delivery.

Hmmmm...That is unusual!!!

I've never heard of this happening in CRM before.

Have you checked you event logs on the CRM server and the exchange server to see if there's anything revealing there??

Nothing is coming up in my events. Not sure what is going on. Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks for posting. I will reward you the points.
