Cannot open company over VPN

VPN tunnel created with sonicwall 150 appliance on both sides.  Tunnel works fine.  Only able to map drive in the form of \\192.168.xxx.xxx\sharename. When I try to map to \\Servername\sharename I am asked for username and password, whatever I enter I am asked again to enter username and password.  cannot get past this.  Peachtree attempts to open company and then the "open existing company welcome" screen reappears.  Cannot open company.  HELP
