AFAIK, there are no applications that do this.
I've thought about this too - and it's annoying, especially when you bank with several different banks, and have to log in to each one,view and download statements, then import this....tiresome.
However, on reflection, IF there was an app to do all that - I would be worried. The banks are putting more and more controls over access to information online, so i see this as a remote possibilty unless we have some kind of secure tunnelling to transfer the data OR the statement data is pushed from the banks' side to your client PC.
