Sage wont let you access it as it says its still running

I have a client who has Sage instant Accounts on a Dell Dimension e520 running XP pro.  She had a virus and that has been dealt with but now Sage wont let her in it keeps stating that another instance of it is still running.  She has tried to reinstall but has the same problem but on reinstalling she got error 1628 come up.  Any help would be most appreciated.Start Free Trial
