Itried to open a QB data file but i'm getting the following error massage:

An error occoured when QuickBooks tried to access the company file. Please try again, If the problem presist, contact Intuit Technical Support, and provide them with the following error codes: (-6000, -305).

I followed the QB article located at
http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/dosearch.aspx?kbID=3492aa68

And it did work on the sample files, so the prblem is in the data file.

The QBWin.log file reads the following error
