Quickbooks Single User Data on Server

Client was using Single User Quicken 2004 Premium Contractor Edition. Program on Two computers - XP and Vista - NOT simulateously, One user at a time. Data file is stored on the server. Customer experiencing intermittent Lockup and Abort on both computers, sometimes when working, sometimes when idle.

Upgraded them to 2008 Single user Premium Contractor Edition today, went very smoothly.

Lockup and Abort still exists. Trying to get error messages (if any) from Client.

Looking for some ideas, will be visiting client on Wednesday. Thanks!!!
