I work for an accounting company and a lot of clients use quickbooks. They send in their backups and/or accountant copies and we restore them and the accountants work on them.
I have 1 client who works in Enterprise edition 8.0, they've sent us their company file twice already, and we can't seem to get it to work. It's an accountant copy and we go through the process of opening/converting the file and we can choose the file and the save location and it seems to get in a loop and asks us again for the file location.

We've had him send a 2nd copy of the file (both were sent on CD) and both copies have the same problem. I tried running it off the CD, off the network, off the local drive, and even tried converting to a company file and the problem remains.
Has anyone come across this issue before and have any idea how to correct it?
