How is exporting quickbooks data considered off topic. Its the quickbooks forum.

Hmm that's an interesting answer.

I researched the answer to your question before I saw that you answered it so I'm going to post it here for anyone searching in the future.

Go to Lists -> Templates -> Right click on the one you want to export -> Click Export -> Name it and save it somewhere where you can find it.

I actually did it a different way. You can go to file utilities export then export to iif files. Here there are tons of options to export just about everything in the account.
