How to properly format a QuickBooks .IIF Import File

Hi, I'm trying to import a QuickBooks .iif file but keep getting errors because it's not formatted correctly.  Can anyone help me with how to correctly format an .iif file?  Basically the .iif file will only contain vendor bills that are due.  I've attached a sample file of the .iif file I'm trying to use but keep getting errors when I try and import it (error: 'The transaction is not in balance. Make sure the amounts in the detail area on the form for this transaction equal the amount at the top of the form').  Thanks in advance for your help.Start Free Trial
