Quickbooks - Errors when openning Online Banking Centre

Hi all,
I recently upgraded Quickbooks from 2007-2008 to "QuickBooks Premier - Accountant Edition 2008-09" and started getting the following error whenever we try to go to Online Banking Centre

Error Copying FIle or folder:
Cannot create or replace ABAPages: Cannot find the specified path. Make sure you specify the correct path <OK Button>
When I press OK, I get this second error:

There is a problem with the auregfind file
Error, line 0, reason: The system cannot find the path specified.
<OK Button>

I have searched the C: Drive and found the auregfind.xml file in "C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 2008-09"
The directory also includes 2 subfolders named "ABA" and "ABAPages"

The content of the auregfind.xml file is :

The errors are not critical, once acknowledged, you can still create an ABA file and save it where you want, but with an accounting package that is so critical to a business, I would prefer to have no errors at all.

I called Quickbooks support, I was first advised to re-install > Didn't work,
On the second support call I was sent a support article for the wrong product, of course didn't work
On the third support call I was asked to do a Verify, Rebuild, Verify again, Disable Bank Account and then re-enable it and was assured that it would work.  Yet it still doesn't work.

Has anyone been able to fix this issue, or has a workaround?  
Any help will be most appreciated,
