Not aware of any network issues at this time. As far as compatability, it will automatically find the older version of QuickBooks on your computer and import your company file, data, and preferences for you. <br />

We presently have QB's Premier 2006 and must upgrade to a 2009 version. &nbsp;Can we update to Quickbooks Pro 2009 version instead of a 2009 Premier version and not run into major problems such as saved data not being imported into the Pro version?<br />
We are presently networked. &nbsp;Will there be network porblems?<br />

Can you update from Quickbooks Premier 2006 to Quickbooks Pro 2009 without loosing data or having major update problems?

QuickBooks is an accounting software package geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses and offers on-premises accounting applications as well as cloud based versions that accept business payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions. QuickBooks includes remote access capabilities, remote payroll assistance and outsourcing, electronic payment functions, online banking and reconciliation, mapping features through integration, improved e-mail functionality, import from Excel spreadsheets, employee time tracking options, pre-authorization of electronic funds and new Help functions.
