How can I install QuickBooks Premier 2009 on SBS 2008 Server ?

I am trying to install the Database Server Only on the SBS 2008 server (64bit) so that more than one user can access the QuickBooks database file. The installation completes but I get the attached error message when I try to run the QuickBooks Server Database Manager. The QBCFMonitorService service is installed and started but the QBooks User service doesn't exist. Can this even be installed on a 64bit OS? Need help.
