Problem: Quicken 2000 will not print using my HP 2015P LJ w/USB while running Vista.
Program reports "Intuit Printer Library" error.
HP seems to think Quicken has an internal registry with an option that can be changed to "USB Port". I've been unable to duplicate HP's instructions.
Intuit has several work-arounds including driver replacement, adding a HP LJ II printer(Printer emulation), and disableing advanced printer settings. No joy, none work.
While the Printer port is USB001 under printer properties , Quicken changes it to NE0.... Disabling printer sharing also does not work.
None of the above specifically discuss Vista.
Any ideas?
