My bank acount has been frozen 2 days by the state of California.  If i walk into my bank and ask for my money will the bank give it to me?

It can always try to adk your bank directly for your money.  But you will likely need to wait 2 days to get your money.

Would really depend on the reason it has been frozen.  If there is suspected foul play like fraud then no, not until all suspect activity has been investigated

If the account has been frozen and is still frozen then no, they will not.  If you want to get your money back you can either a) wait for the state to unfreeze the account on their own accord or b) hire an attorney.
