I urgently require answers from someone having experience in developing Health applications, in the following context:
1. I need to know the exact hierarchy of HL7 standard.
2. How it is used to develop Hospital Management Information systems?
3. Is it something that can be implemented later after getting the system developed? If yes, then What kind of provisions do we need to keep in the system?
4. How much extra effort is required to develop an HL7 compliant health system as compared to a normal health system? preferably in %.
