What are some, or most commonly used methods for creating dynamic, variable page, and marketing based invoices. Invoices like one you would receive from a bank, cell phone company, or similar mid to large size company. Including pagination (e.g. page 1 of 1), marketing messages, graphics, variable length detail lines, barcodes, and page overflow logic. I understand that possibly this is simply developed in house and is custom to a particular company.
