Actually I use that myself. its pretty simple to use. It also has a "Analyzer" Option which will query all your tickets for the time range you pick and give a report of what work was done over that time period.

Another bonus is that it dosen't need server software to run. I have it running on my Windows XP machine and its hosts its own Website so I can connect to it externally.

Yes, their is a web interface to log tickets form the client end. I personally don't use that option myself because I just manage the tickets, but the avaialblity is there.
