HI Grodel

Have your tried the following:
1. Update the driver to the latest version for the printer - I assume it is HP.
2. This patch seems to be listed on some citrix sites as a possible fix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902066

Cheers
Stu

The first option your mention, update the driver, how does I know which printer uses this driver? hpz6r4wm.DLL,

The patch you mention is that the recommends that we install service pack 2 on the server, but It all ready is.

I think the DLL is associated with HP Laserjet drivers.

Not sure which exact model this is associated with - maybe a few - HP usually uses one driver for multiple printers. Maybe worth starting with the printer you can reproduce the error on.

Also While i was looking I also found this on ee:

the problem is, that i dont generate the error. i think. the message just comes when i login on the citrix server. im not printing. så i guess that i must be from a citrix user the error comes from.

we share all our printers on our dc 32 bit, except one barcode labels printer. which is installed on the citrix server itself. they are listed i directory så users can find them.

An our external sales personal, connect width there own printers and thats persons default printer is added to citrix ass well, så maybe one of them have the problem that generates this error.

I only haves this dll error to go on, there must be a way du find out which printers creates the erro.
