How do i know if a online software license is genuine?

Online you will find softwares at substantially cheaper prices. Some of them are obviously fake, but some of them seem very genuine with credentials like 'BB relaibility programme' on their website. Mostly they claim that its a retail DVD/CD version without maybe the manual...they claim its genuine ,legal, upgradeable, and registrable..and even give a manufacturing part number. But i the costs are about 20-40% less...

Heres an example to be specific, it seems totally genuine in all respects to me..what do you think?
