It then gives two options: "Add to Exceptions" and "Ignore" -- what should I do?

aspack.upx is a known Trojan. That means it is a backdoor into your system and files. There are certain procedures that must be followed if you want to remove it.
It is not essential you remove this Trojan if you don't mind sharing your files and folders with whoever is controling the Trojan.
